Stadtteileingang Westerfilder Straße 104 bis 106

A new, social place is being created in Westerfilde and Bodelschwingh!

Many residents of Westerfilde are still familiar with "Börgers Tanke": the petrol station on Westerfilder Straße was a meeting point for residents for a long time. The petrol station had been empty for many years and was falling into disrepair. The petrol station and the buildings behind it were demolished to make way for a new use with a day care center and dementia residential groups. Construction work is in full swing, with the opening scheduled for summer 2024.
